Yiwu City XinYi Zipper Factory was founded in 2003 in Yiwu, Zhejiang - the world's largest small-commodities trading hub. Over two decades we have grown into a sizable zipper manufacturer producing nylon, metal and resin zippers in sizes #3 to #20, together with crystal, rhinestone, reflective, waterproof, fire-resistant and invisible specialty zippers.

Our products serve garment, footwear, bag, outdoor gear and sporting equipment customers worldwide. We attach great importance to R&D and process innovation, continuously improving the look, feel and reliability of every zipper - and our flexible customization service turns customers' own specifications into production-ready products.

1996

Corporate Roots Established

The parent company, Wenzhou Xinyi Zipper Co., Ltd., was established, building decades of zipper manufacturing expertise that laid the foundation for everything that followed.

2003

Founding of Yiwu Xinyi Zipper

Yiwu City XinYi Zipper Factory was officially established in Yiwu — the world's largest small commodities hub. We began with a focused commitment to nylon zipper production for local garment manufacturers.

2006

Expanding Product Range

Responding to customer demand, we extended our capabilities to include metal zippers and resin zippers, becoming a comprehensive supplier covering garments, footwear, bags, outdoor gear, and sporting equipment.

2009

Entering International Markets

Quality products and reliable service earned referrals across Southeast Asia, marking Xinyi's first step toward becoming a global zipper supplier.

2013

Expanding Production Capacity

We relocated to a 12,000 m² manufacturing facility, significantly increasing capacity and enabling streamlined, large-scale production workflows.

2016

ISO 9001:2015 Certified

We achieved ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, standardizing processes from raw material inspection to final quality control.

2019

Production Line Automation

We upgraded production with automated assembly machines, computer-controlled dyeing systems, and precision testing equipment — improving consistency, speed, and quality at scale.

2022

Global Distribution Network

Distribution partnerships expanded across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Today our products reach clients in 50+ countries, with over 3,000 color options available.

2024

Innovation & Sustainability

We launched eco-friendly product lines including water-repellent zippers, recycled polyester tape zippers, and biodegradable packaging — certified by TUV, SGS, and Intertek. Annual capacity now exceeds 100 million zippers.
