Zipper Customization Process

Based in Yiwu, XinYi Zipper Factory manufactures custom metal, nylon, and resin zippers for bulk orders. We also supply matching sliders, pull tabs, and accessories for jeans, down jackets, luggage, tents, and other outdoor gear. Orders can be packed in bulk or in cartons. Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces. Sample lead time is approximately 5–7 days, and bulk production takes approximately 20–35 days. The diagram on the right shows our customization process. It walks you through each step, from sharing your requirements and approving a sample to bulk production.

Specification Confirmation and Material Selection

Determine the material type, size specifications, color, and application process.

Sample Production and Confirmation

Produce and send out samples for the purpose of confirming the appearance and quality.

Place production order

After sample confirmation, a deposit will be paid, and a batch production order will be issued along with the production plan arrangement.

Packaging and Delivery

After production is completed, a sample will be sent for inspection. Once the sample is confirmed, the final payment will be settled.

Customization Range
